I'm sending you an Instagram of my Starbucks Chai Tea Latte! It's the last Hurrah to my sunny and sand-filled spring break - a perfect sip of Sunday morning. It's the only inspiration I need to start baking some cupcakes!
CUPCAKE TIP: If you don't have a need for lots and lots of cupcakes, keep half of these unfrosted, or, even better, make half of the batter into standard-sized cupcakes (unfrosted) and save them for our April Bonus Challenge! This challenge is all about trying a new frosting technique, so any cupcake underneath it will do!
