APRIL 15 - Chai Tea Mini Cupcakes Links


I'm sending you an Instagram of my Starbucks Chai Tea Latte!  It's the last Hurrah to my sunny and sand-filled spring break - a perfect sip of Sunday morning.  It's the only inspiration I need to start baking some cupcakes!

CUPCAKE TIP:  If you don't have a need for lots and lots of cupcakes, keep half of these unfrosted, or, even better, make half of the batter into standard-sized cupcakes (unfrosted) and save them for our April Bonus Challenge!  This challenge is all about trying a new frosting technique, so any cupcake underneath it will do!

    Not sure if you can have access to this but I posted my recipe on facebook as a note. Just wanted to share what I came up with for my Chai Spice cupcakes :) not from scratch and they tasted super yummy! :) I did use the icing recipe out of the book though :D
