Mocha Cupcakes P&Q

It snowed this morning, and all I could think about was going through the drive through at Starbucks!  Then I remembered that I get to bake Mocha Cupcakes which are this month's baking assignment at the Martha Stewart Cupcake Club!

I must admit that I've had a bit of trouble with Martha's 7 minute frosting, but if you would like a foolproof recipe, you can find my mom's version HERE!

November Baking Assignment: Mocha Cupcakes

Happy Friday!  Did you survive Halloween?  Did you survive Sandy?  If yes, then you deserve one of these.  Grab a cup of Joe, put your feet up and peruse this month's baking assignment:  Mocha Cupcakes (on pages 44 - 45 of Martha Stewart's Cupcakes book), selected by Sandy survivor Rebecca at Beurrista.  We will be posting on the 15th, but, as usual, link your results any time you bake!
