APRIL 30 - BONUS CHALLENGE Easter-Egg Cupcakes LINK

Every once in a while we'll throw in a bonus challenge just to speed things along!  Many of the bonus challenges will focus on decorating techniques.  This month's bonus challenge is Easter-Egg Cupcakes on p. 218.  Feel free to use any type of cupcake you want and have fun!  If you have previously baked and posted these or any cupcakes, just give us the link to the post.  It doesn't have to be current!   Post these any time on or before April 30th.

APRIL 15 - Chai Tea Mini Cupcakes Links

I'm sending you an Instagram of my Starbucks Chai Tea Latte!  It's the last Hurrah to my sunny and sand-filled spring break - a perfect sip of Sunday morning.  It's the only inspiration I need to start baking some cupcakes!

CUPCAKE TIP:  If you don't have a need for lots and lots of cupcakes, keep half of these unfrosted, or, even better, make half of the batter into standard-sized cupcakes (unfrosted) and save them for our April Bonus Challenge!  This challenge is all about trying a new frosting technique, so any cupcake underneath it will do!
